Returns Policy

At Oud Luxury Collection, we take great care to ensure that every item we ship reaches our customers brand new, untouched, and in perfect condition. Our collection includes fragrance oils, perfumes, personal care products, and home fragrances, all of which are handled and packed with care to maintain the highest quality standards.

Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, items that have left our controlled supply chain cannot be returned to inventory or resold. This approach allows us to ensure that every customer receives products that are completely fresh and have never been previously opened or handled.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order, and our team is always happy to assist if guidance is needed in selecting the right product.

Fragrance Products and Skin Sensitivity

Fragrance oils and perfumes are designed to be worn on the skin. However, individual skin chemistry can vary, and sensitivities may occasionally occur with any fragrance or cosmetic product.

For first-time use, we recommend applying a small amount to a limited area of skin before broader application.

To support confident purchasing, sample sizes are available for many of our fragrances, allowing customers to experience the scent profile and performance before committing to a full-size bottle.

As fragrance performance and skin compatibility can differ from person to person, skin sensitivities or personal scent preference do not indicate a product fault and therefore do not qualify as grounds for return or refund. If any discomfort occurs, we recommend discontinuing use.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes the rights available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law, including remedies where goods are found to be faulty, unsafe, or not as described.


Return of Orders Due to Non-Collection or Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to Oud Luxury Collection because it was not collected by the recipient, or because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided at checkout, the return shipping charges applied by the carrier will be passed on to the customer.

If the order is to be re-dispatched, a new shipping fee will apply based on the carrier’s current rates.


Order Cancellations

Oud Luxury Collection Australia reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at its discretion.

Where an order is cancelled by us, payment will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
